Step 1: Discovery

During our call, we learn the ins and outs of your business, what your needs are, and how we can best help you. We may ask a million questions, and it may seem like overkill, but this step allows us to really dive in and see where to go next.

Step 2: Review

What is your current accounting setup? We’ll take a peek under the hood of your accounting system and uncover any outstanding issues. Do we need to clean up your data or start fresh? Are you behind on taxes? This is when we start to set our game plan in motion.

Step 3: Proposal

We pore over our notes, go over the packages, and recommend one that is right for you. Each package can be customized based on your specific business needs. All prices are provided upfront. No hidden fees. No long-term contract.

Step 4: Let's Go

Once you have accepted our proposal, we’ll gather the necessary information and get you started. We’ll go over who does what and when deliverables are due, so that we can collaborate effectively going forward.

Hi! My name is William Chong. I founded WTC with a vision to help businesses grow and reach their financial goals. I am passionate about business consulting, and I am a firm believer that every entrepreneur should be financially savvy as it is the key to lifelong financial success. My #1 best selling book on Amazon has helped over hundreds of entrepreneurs minimize their taxes.
Prior to starting WTC, I was working at PricewaterhouseCoopers and MNP where I have accumulated over 10 years of experience helping businesses with accounting and taxes. I am a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto.
In my spare time, I love traveling and spending time with my friends and family. I am also a basketball junkie and a fan of the Toronto Raptors!

As each day comes, I am someone who welcomes new challenges! And that’s the reason why I joined WTC – to help small businesses overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

With several years of experience working in the accounting industry at a local accounting firm, I understand the compliance requirements of small businesses and I am able to cater my attention to their needs. On a side note, I graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree.

When I’m not working, I enjoy watching and playing all sports, especially basketball and football. You’re also likely to find me officiating basketball games in the Peel region.

I joined WTC because I am committed towards helping small business owners become more efficient at running their business. My past work experience includes system integration, implementing workflow automation, and building and maintaining web applications. With my diploma in computer programming, I also double up as your go-to tech person!
